Free shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Where we ship We ship to addresses in the United States.

Order cut-off time Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time (Los Angeles), Monday to Friday, begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends, begin processing the next business day.

Handling time Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Transit time Once shipped, delivery takes 5 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).

Total estimated delivery time 6 to 11 business days from the time your order is placed. Public holidays and carrier delays may extend this.

Tracking You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. If you do not receive it, contact us.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages If your package is delayed beyond the estimate, arrives damaged, or appears lost, email support@henok-living.shop and we will investigate and resolve it.

Incorrect addresses Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
