<h3>Overview</h3>
<p>This online store is operated by Henok Living ("we", "us", or "our"). By visiting our store or buying something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, which are part of these Terms. <h3>Using our store</h3>
<p>You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to use our store only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. We may refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason.</p>

<h3>Product information</h3>
<p>We work to describe and show our products as accurately as we can. Colors, dimensions, and finishes may look different on your screen than in person, and we cannot promise that your screen will display them exactly. Information on our store is provided for general information only. We may change or update it at any time without notice.</p>

<h3>Prices and errors</h3>
<p>Prices are in U.S. dollars unless we say otherwise, and they can change without notice. We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in prices, product descriptions, or availability at any time. If a product is listed at the wrong price or with incorrect information, we may cancel affected orders and refund any payment you made.</p>

<h3>Orders and payment</h3>
<p>Placing an order is an offer to buy, and we may accept or decline it. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if a product is unavailable, or if there is an error in the order. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the payment.</p>
<p>You agree to give us current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to keep it updated so we can complete your transaction and contact you. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.</p>

<h3>Shipping and returns</h3>
<p>Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.</p>

<h3>Discounts and promotions</h3>
<p>Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined unless we say so, and they may be limited by date, product, or quantity. We may cancel a code, or an order that uses one, if we believe it was misused or applied by mistake.</p>

<h3>Third-party links and services</h3>
<p>Our store may include links to third-party websites, tools, or services. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Any transaction with a third party is between you and that third party.</p>

<h3>Feedback and submissions</h3>
<p>If you send us reviews, comments, ideas, or other submissions, you allow us to use, edit, publish, and share them without restriction or payment to you. You are responsible for what you submit, and it must not be unlawful, abusive, or misleading, or infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove any submission at our discretion.</p>

<p>To the fullest extent permitted by law, our store and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not promise that our store will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Some products may come with a manufacturer's warranty, which is separate from these Terms. <h3>Limitation of liability</h3>
